San Diego Oral Surgeon Insurance Accepted

Zeidan Oral & Facial Surgery is currently in-network with the following PPO insurances:

We accept all PPO insurances. If your insurance plan is not on our in-network list we will be considered an “Out-Of-Network Provider”. As a courtesy to you, we will verify your benefits prior to your procedure, submit the insurance claim for reimbursement of any covered service for you, and request that your insurance company send the reimbursement check directly to the insured policy holder. Some companies pay fixed allowances for certain procedures and others pay a percentage of the charge. Please remember that insurance is considered a method of reimbursing the patient for fees paid to the doctor and is not a substitute for payment for set fees charged by our office

We ask you to keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan.

A predetermination of benefits may be requested after your consultation visit for better knowledge of coverage or benefits. This may take up to 4-6 weeks depending on the specific insurance company.

Our office does not contract with any Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) or Dental Health Maintenance Organization (DHMO) dental plans.

We do not participate in the Medicare program therefore we cannot bill for Medicare services.
